The Ruffian EMP 270G is the next generation of ESAB engine driven welders. A lightweight, compact and powerful combination of generator and multiprocess welder. This Ruffian comes with a unique inverter full of features to bring welding quality to the next level. Delivers up to 270A with 100% duty cycle and its integrated generator can deliver up to 11kW throughout 120VAC and 240VAC auxiliary outlets, thanks to the reliable 23.5HP Kohler® gasoline engine.

Ruffian is equipped with a tough 7 in.TFT colorful digital display, which not only allows user to easily select welding parameters through intuitive menus but also precisely selects optimized settings to deliver the best welds when synergic mode is on.

Strong focus on simplified usage and maintenance. The user has full visibility of each component and precise information about parts replacement timing, to extend the overall equipment lifespan.

For MIG welding, it has been designed to work with either spool guns or the external ESAB RobustFeed wire feeders, sold separately.
